Updated score and screen size

Made some adjustments to the game.

The score increases based on deltatime, which should result in even reliable scoring despite frame rate.

Redid the screen size to 1280x480 so it maintains its aspect ratio without fancy tricks.

There is now a points lost indicator that appears whenever you hit a tree.
